In Austria, Germany and within Europe we do not charge any shipping costs for the shipping of our MaxChip products. Overseas or in other parts of the world the shipping costs are up to 45 Euro depending on the destination country.
MaxChip sees itself as a global supplier for chip tuning, which is why we deliver our products to almost every country in the world. Already at the check-out you will see a detailed overview of the countries we offer. If you are coming from one of the countries not listed, please contact our support team.
This depends on your chosen destination country. There are no customs or export duties within the European Union. In other countries, customs charges may apply when accepting our product. These vary depending on the country, so it is best to obtain the relevant information from your customs office.
Our products are insured by our mail-order company up to 510 Euro. In such a case, please contact our customer service department and we will take care of it free of charge that you receive a functional product or the product in exceptional cases a second time to you.
Customer satisfaction is a major concern for us. If we receive your order including payment by 16.00 o’clock, the ordered product will be shipped on the same working day. Outside Austria and Germany, the average delivery time is between one and three working days throughout Europe.
We do not offer a special express option. However, this is not necessary, as we ship the same day if payment is received before 4 p.m. anyway.
Within Austria our products are shipped by UPS as standard. Additionally you have the possibility to choose between different shipping providers and models during the order process. Please note that additional costs may apply depending on the shipping model you choose.
You are free to choose the shipping partner and the shipping method. Exact delivery times cannot be considered by the shipping partners due to a given route.
Yes, please visit the website of our shipping partners UPS (link to UPS) or DHL (link to DHL). There you can check the current status of the package by entering your shipment number. You can also check your customer account to see if your order has already been shipped.
When you order a product from us, you will automatically receive a confirmation e-mail, where you will also find the shipment number for your parcel. If this should not arrive for technical reasons in exceptional cases with you, you take up contact with us. Our team will then be happy to send you your shipment number by telephone or e-mail.
In this case, please contact our customer service directly. This acts as a “bridge” between you and the shipping company. We will make every effort to have another delivery attempt made as soon as possible.
Normally all our products are in stock, so that we can also send an order with several products directly and quickly to you. In the exceptional case that we have to reorder a product, we can offer you a partial delivery for the existing goods. Alternatively, you can also wait until all products are in stock and we will then send them collected in a package to you.
Yes, of course you can also pick up your desired product at our location within the opening hours.
If you have decided to pick up your MaxChip products directly on site, the payment options cash payment, credit card and ATM card are at your disposal. Please note that we unfortunately cannot accept credit cards from Switzerland.

You have not received the desired product? Your product is not ready for use? The product did not meet your expectations? Contact us, we will take care of a quick and uncomplicated reversal of your order.
In the event that the product has been delivered incorrectly or is damaged, we will bear all shipping costs.
If your product was delivered incorrectly, is damaged or does not meet your expectations, please contact our customer service. They will then send you a return receipt within Austria, which means that you will not incur any costs for the return.
Of course I do. You can exercise your right of withdrawal within 30 days of placing your order. If you are interested, our customers will be happy to advise you on other products that might meet your expectations.
If the goods have not yet been dispatched by us, it is possible to cancel the order free of charge via the customer account. Alternatively, you can contact our customer service who will be happy to cancel the order for you.
The law stipulates that customers must have received their money within 30 days of a refund. You don’t have to wait that long with us. MaxChip normally transfers your money back to you within a maximum of seven days.
We want to satisfy our customers in the best possible way. If a product does not meet your expectations, we offer you a 30-day exchange right from the beginning of the order.
In exceptional cases, this can unfortunately happen. In this case, please contact our customer service who will immediately take care of initiating the exchange. You can also request the exchange of your defective or incomplete delivery directly via your MaxChip customer account.
